Rules of use
Accepting these terms
By playing Orbital Conflict, with or without an account, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
The game
Orbital Conflict is a browser-based space combat game in beta. It is free. It may change, have bugs or become unavailable without notice, and stats and rankings may be reset during the beta.
Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age to use online services without parental consent in your country, to create an account. Training against bots works without an account.
Your account
You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for what you do with your account. Your pilot name must be respectful: offensive names, or names that impersonate someone else, may be changed or the account suspended.
Fair play
Cheating, automating gameplay, exploiting server bugs to gain an advantage and disrupting other pilots' games are not allowed. Accounts that do so may be removed from the leaderboard or suspended.
Your profile and replays
Your pilot profile (name, Elo, rank and match history) has its own public page that anyone can open and share. Online matches are recorded as replays that anyone with the link can watch for 14 days.
Content of the game
The game, its graphics, music and code belong to Orbital Conflict. You may share screenshots, videos and links to the game.
Liability
The game is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses resulting from its use or unavailability.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version; important changes will be announced in the game.
